Is it really possible to lose weight/inches in a week by drinking water infused with lemon, ginger, cucumber and mint leaves? I intend to find out.
I prepared Flat Tummy Water using this recipe:
I will be drinking the infused water over the next week – every other day I will drink all of the infused water throughout the day. I will update you in a week to let you know if it worked, and will find out whether I lost any weight/inches by drinking this ‘flat tummy water’.
For my infused water, I used:
- 6 cups cooled boiled water (in place of filtered water)
- 1 Cucumber (sliced)
- 1 Lemon (sliced)
- 1/3 cup Mint Leaves
- 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger.
