Easy Biscoff Cheesecake Dessert | Quick No-Bake Ramadan Treat

Easy Biscoff Cheesecake Dessert | Quick No-Bake Ramadan Treat

If you’re looking for a quick and easy dessert for Ramadan, this simple Biscoff cheesecake-style dessert is perfect for iftar.

I originally wanted to make a full cheesecake, but sometimes you just don’t have the time — especially during Ramadan! So instead, I made this much quicker version using cream cheese, double cream and Biscoff-style biscuit spread.

It takes very little preparation, can be made ahead of time and, most importantly, tastes delicious!

Easy Biscoff Dessert

Ingredients

  • 150 ml Double cream
  • 100g Soft cheese
  • 50g Icing sugar
  • 3 heaped tablespoons Biscoff spread or similar caramelised biscuit spread
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Biscoff biscuits or similar caramelised biscuits, crushed

Method

Add the double cream, soft cheese, icing sugar and Biscoff spread to a mixing bowl.

Whisk everything together until you have a smooth, creamy cheesecake-style mixture.

Spoon the mixture into individual dessert glasses or bowls and place them in the fridge for around 15 minutes or longer to firm up slightly.

Once chilled, top each dessert with some whipped cream and finish with a generous sprinkle of crushed Biscoff biscuits.

And that’s it!

An Easy Make-Ahead Iftar Dessert

This is exactly the kind of dessert I like during Ramadan because there’s no baking involved and you can prepare it earlier in the day and leave it in the fridge until iftar.

You could also make it the night before if you want one less thing to think about the following day.

And although I originally made this during Ramadan, there’s absolutely no reason to save it for Ramadan. It would make a lovely quick dessert whenever you’re craving something sweet but don’t want the effort of making a full cheesecake.

Creamy, biscuity and incredibly easy — sometimes the simplest desserts are the best!
