In this post I share a fabulous Poundland haul for September 2017.

I got a few items on sale from Poundland’s summer range (as we’re coming to the end of summer), so yay to me 🙂

Acrylic Bowls and Tumblers

I purchased these acrylic bowls and tumblers for 50p each on sale. They seem quite sturdy and are useful to have especially with kids.

BBQ Apron

This summer BBQ apron was also on sale for 50p, and I thought it was a fun and cute apron for the hubby when he’s lighting up the barbecue.

Kleenex Tissue Box

I needed a box of tissues, and this one looked pretty and summery 🙂

Maybelline Lashionista Endless Length Obsession Mascara

My current mascara is running out, so I picked up this lovely hot pink mascara. Let’s see if it gives me endless length.

BBC Fat Nation: Only A Step Away Book

A book full of information useful for staying healthy. Mainly purchased to make me feel like I’m looking after me health.

Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Creations Jelly Popping Candy

One of my favourite Dairy Milk Marvellous Creations chocolate bars; the combination of jelly beans and popping candy is delicious. A must try if you haven’t yet.

Serving Bowls

These serving bowls have a Mediterranean feel to them, and are perfect for serving my chappatis and naan breads, etc.

The Quality of Silence by Rosamund Lupton

This book is full of suspense!

About The Quality of Silence:

On 24 November Yasmin and her ten-year-old daughter Ruby set off on a journey across Northern Alaska. They’re searching for Ruby’s father, missing in the arctic wilderness.

More isolated with each frozen mile they cover, they travel deeper into an endless night. And Ruby, deaf since birth, must brave the darkness where sight cannot guide her.

She won’t abandon her father. But winter has tightened its grip, and there is somebody out there who wants to stop them.

Somebody tracking them through the dark.

The Primrose Path by Rebecca Griffiths

This book sounds kinda creepy…can’t wait to read it.

About The Primrose Path:

As a teenager, Sarah D’Villez famously escaped a man who abducted and held her hostage for eleven days. The case became notorious, with Sarah’s face splashed across the front of every newspaper in the country.

Now, seventeen years later, that man is about to be released from prison. Fearful of the media storm that is sure to follow, Sarah decides to flee to rural Wales under a new identity, telling nobody where she’s gone.

Settling into the small community she is now part of, Sarah soon realises that someone is watching her. Someone who seems to know everything about her…
