In this post, I share a lovely haul from Poundworld and Poundstretcher for September 2017.
I came across this phone screen magnifier and I thought it looked useful. I regularly watch YouTube videos on my phone while cooking, and I would benefit from a larger screen. I am sceptical that it will be any good, but thought it was worth a try.
I was really excited when I spotted these sampler Yankee candles from Poundworld for only 75p. I have always wanted to try Yankee candles but couldn’t justify the cost unless I loved the scent. This way I get to try a few of the scents, and if I fall in love with one or two, I won’t feel guilty when I buy them. I found some on eBay and Amazon if you wanted to try them but don’t have a Poundworld store near you.
- Butterfly print storage box
Poundstretcher have currently got some gorgeous storage boxes and boxes for storing memories – I was spoilt for choice, especially because I don’t really need any storage boxes. I ended up buying this beautiful storage box with a butterfly print and metal handles and I’m sure I will find a use for it soon.
A friend recently recommended Himalayan pink salt for detoxification and I have heard that it is beneficial. I saw it for £1.99 in Poundstretcher and decided to try it. I still need to read up on the benefits of Himalayan pink salt, and I look forward to using it.
Love me a cuppa made with PG Tips tea bags. I got this box for £2.49. As I have mentioned previously, I prefer buying branded products from B&M/Poundstretcher as they are usually much cheaper than regular supermarkets.
I am a sucker for attractive packaging, and this Imperial Leather Blissful Escape body wash looks so luxurious. 500ml for only £1, and I love Imperial Leather as a brand.
- Kleenex tissue box
What is life without a funky box of tissues?
- Mason Jar candles
These mini mason jar candles are the cutest, and were only £1 each. They smell yummy, and I can’t wait to light them during the coming winter months 🙂
