Makes 6 bars | Preparation Time: 40 minutes – 1 hour | Cooking Time: 5 minutes
6 Crispbreads (or Crackerbreads)
100g Dark Chocolate Chunks
1 tablespoon Honey
6 teaspoons Peanut Butter Spread
3 tablespoons Mixed Nuts (chopped)
Melt the chocolate by placing into a glass bowl over a pan of boiled water.
Stir honey into the melted chocolate.
Spread the peanut butter over one side of the crispbreads.
Sprinkle with the mixed nuts.
Add some of the chocolate to a flat plate, and place the clean side of the crispbreads into the chocolate making sure that it gets an even coating of chocolate (use your finger or a knife to spread the chocolate evenly).
Place the crispbreads onto a wire rack with the peanut butter spread side facing up.
Add a teaspoon of the melted chocolate to the centre of each bar.
Spread the chocolate over the bar as evenly and neatly as possible.
Allow to cool on the wire rack for 10 minutes, then transfer to a large plate or tray and set in fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve and enjoy 🙂
